The event is organized in collaboration with Department of Mathematics and Physics of
Aberystwyth University and backed by the FP7 EU project PARM-2.

Topics of the Workshop

The scientific topics of the workshop are based on the method originally introduced by Norbert Wiener and Eberhard Hopf but also in all its consequences and scientific associations. Thus, having in mind the Wiener-Hopf Technique and its applications, a consequent broad range of topics from both the pure mathematical and applied viewpoints is welcome. Examples of this are:

- Wiener-Hopf like operators and equations;
- Wiener-Hopf factorization;

- Related boundary value problems;
- Riemann-Hilbert problems;
- Applications which involve the Wiener-Hopf technique.
